This project required the following:

• Developing a strategic training initiative to improve design fluency and standardize visual quality across team presentations

• Identifying skill gaps through a review of existing deliverables, highlighting inconsistent use of Canva and design fundamentals

• Creating a blended learning package that combined guided practice, design principles, and live feedback to reinforce core skills

• Supporting team confidence, efficiency, and consistency through targeted instruction and measurable outcomes

Role

Lead designer responsibilities included:

• Conducting a needs analysis through quality review of team artifacts and identified performance gaps

• Designing a blended learning experience that combined verified tutorials with targeted live instruction

• Creating pre- and post-assessments to measure learner skill development and knowledge retention

• Facilitating small-group sessions focused on practical application, peer collaboration, and real-time feedback

• Gathering and analyzing post-training survey data to assess satisfaction, usability, and instructional impact
