This project required the following:

• Developing a real-time dashboard solution to track training activity across fiscal years and support executive reporting

• Automating the pipeline from training record submission to live visualization, eliminating manual tracking and improving data accuracy

• Enabling historical analysis and on-demand insights through interactive, filterable dashboards aligned with leadership priorities

Role

Lead designer responsibilities included:

• Designing the end-to-end workflow, connecting Microsoft Forms submissions to dynamic dashboards via structured data pipelines

• Building and configuring Power Automate flows to streamline data routing and minimize manual intervention

• Collaborating with leadership to define reporting logic, visual views, and performance indicators aligned with business objectives
