• Modernizing outdated training by introducing a narrative-driven format designed to enhance engagement and retention

• Partnering with stakeholders to translate static content into a compelling story that increased emotional connection and learner relevance

• Producing a high-impact proof of concept to guide the future creative direction of department-wide training initiatives

Lead designer responsibilities included:

• Translating legacy material into a scenario-based narrative aligned with instructional goals and business context

• Writing a dynamic script that reflected real-world challenges and reinforced core content through relatable storytelling

• Managing project scope, creative milestones, and stakeholder feedback to ensure strategic alignment and timely delivery

• Advising on creative direction for future video content by modeling scalable storytelling techniques and visual standards
