This project required the following:

• Producing a concluding video in a short-form training series focused on foundational instructional design models

• Supporting cross-functional alignment by establishing a shared language around ID concepts and development workflows

• Reinforcing team OKRs through accessible, engaging media tailored for internal audiences

Lead designer responsibilities included:

• Developing instructional scripts mapped to team OKRs, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and organizational priorities

• Coordinating live-action production, including shot planning, staging, and directing internal team members as on-screen talent

• Executing video post-production workflows, including multi-track editing, accessibility captioning, color grading, and brand-compliant visual integration

Tools and techniques utilized:

• Adobe Premiere Pro

  • Multi-track video editing, closed captioning, audio normalization, and color correction for polished, accessible output

• Canva

  • Creation of branded thumbnail graphics and stylized transition assets for consistent visual identity

• Microsoft Word

  • Script drafting, version control, and stakeholder review coordination throughout the production process
