This project required the following:

• Creating a centralized SharePoint resource hub to consolidate team tools, documents, and reference materials previously scattered across personal storage locations

• Addressing inefficiencies caused by a lack of shared access to key assets, improving team visibility, alignment, and operational speed

• Designing an integrated experience that supported document access, form submissions, and onboarding in a single, scalable location

Lead designer responsibilities included:

• Spearheading the full design and deployment of the SharePoint site, including layout, navigation, permissions management, and content structure

• Developing and delivering training to onboard team members to the new hub, highlighting key resources and usage expectations

• Integrating Microsoft Forms for streamlined data collection, intake tracking, and resource requests directly from the page

• Migrating distributed resources from individual OneDrive folders into the shared portal to standardize access and reduce version control issues
